Our story began in 2002 with the establishment of Chaithanya Marbles, a firm specializing in the supply of granite, marble, and ceramic tiles. Over the years, we earned a solid reputation by successfully executing major projects across Kerala and serving as a key supplier to retail outlets throughout the state until 2011.
From 2011 to 2022, we expanded our operations to become one of the leading suppliers of Granite, Marble, Kota Stone, and Natural Stone Claddings for both large-scale commercial projects and residential developments across Kerala and parts of Tamil Nadu. Our extensive hands-on experience and strong professional network helped us build long-standing relationships with contractors, architects, and developers.
In 2012, recognizing the growing need for specialized maintenance services, we launched a new division named Kleenit Property Care, which now operates as Chaithanya Construction Chemicals. This division focuses on housekeeping. waterproofing, and building maintenance solutions, catering to institutions, apartment complexes, and individual homeowners. This strategic diversification enabled us to channel our on-site expertise into solving infrastructure challenges with efficiency and professionalism.
Further strengthening our foundation in the stone industry, in 2022, we co-founded a partnership venture — G&G Granites, located in Katambazhipuram, Palakkad. G&G Granites caters to all types of natural stone requirements, offering premium-quality products and services while maintaining a growing and loyal customer base. Today, Chaithanya Construction Chemicals has expanded into the construction of new buildings and structural repair works, focusing on the preservation and rehabilitation of old and existing structures using the most modern and reliable techniques.
