With a legacy spanning over two decades, Chaithanya Group has been a trusted name in the natural stone and construction solutions industry. Our journey began in 2002 with Chaithanya Marbles, supplying premium granite, marble, and ceramic tiles to both retail and large-scale projects across Kerala. By consistently delivering quality and reliability, we became a preferred partner for contractors, architects, and developers across the region.
From 2011 onwards, our operations grew to include Granite, Marble, Kota Stone, and Natural Stone Claddings for commercial and residential projects in Kerala and Tamil Nadu. Our in-depth industry knowledge, extensive network, and unwavering commitment to excellence have been the backbone of our growth.
In 2012, we diversified into infrastructure maintenance with the launch of Kleenit Property Care, now operating as Chaithanya Construction Chemicals. This division offers specialized housekeeping and waterproofing services, catering to institutions, apartment complexes, and homeowners — bringing our practical experience into solving everyday challenges with efficiency.
Further expanding our capabilities, in 2022 we co-founded G&G Granites in Palakkad, a dedicated natural stone supplier known for high-quality products and dependable service.
